Please note:

• Pricing is based on basic text or supplied logos that meet our specifications. A one-time setup fee may apply, if the design requires more extensive art time.
• All labels, glue and lids must be removed before we receive the drinkware; otherwise, a $35/hour handling fee will be applied, billed by the quarter hour.
• Not all stainless drinkware is created equal. Be advised that we cannot guarantee the quality of your supplied product. We have seen too many supplied items where the manufacturing is inferior and the coating or shape of the cup will affect the marking process. That is why we carry great product in house that we can guarantee.
