Ashiatsu DeepFeet Bar Therapy, is a barefoot massage technique in which the therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure while utilizing their feet and body weight. Working with gravity instead of against it, Ashiatsu therapists are able to provide an effective therapeutic massage without causing pain or discomfort to themselves or the receiving client.

    So grateful for my massage with Shasta not only does she have an informed, intuitive, knowledgeable and skilled touch she also really listened to my requests.     The awareness, intuition and skill Shasta has is indicative of a very talented and experienced massage practitioner.  Her massage techniques are both therapeutic and relaxing, which is a rare combination for me.  I’m either writhing in pain at a reflexology place for the sake of getting therapeutic relief or I’m annoyed by the overpriced spa that is rubbing lotion on me for an hour.  She has the soothing, rhythmic strokes but there is therapeutic value and strength with everything she does.

    Will definitely be back, highly recommend!
